Store Error? (Impulse)

Sorry if this is the wrong board, not sure if it's apporpriate posting this topic here.

Anyways, I've been trying to purchase Diplomacy on Impulse. Everything goes smoothly until I actually place the order. A pop-up asking to display only encripted information comes up, and regardless of the answer, the store page says that there was a problem loading the page, so I can't finish my purchase. I've tried this on IE, Firefox, and Impulse, but the same issue appears.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I've disabled the encrypted infomation warning, so that ain't the problem. It's just when I place the order, I get the store error page.
