Bug?

Game freeze after attacking bases and constructors

I've come across a bug that is more on the frustrating side. Occasionally my game will freeze after attacking. And it seems to happen only after I attack a base or a constructor ship (but I'm not certain). By freeze I mean I can not move any of my ships and I can not advance my turn, but I can move around the map, select ships and planets and change my planet and star port build queue. It will almost always fix if I save the game (even after the freeze), quit, restart and reload.

Any thoughts? Is this a known bug? Thanks for the help!
