Fences sizing of icons

Whenever I change the icon size to classic, all the icons overlap. They do not overlap when I change the icon size to medium. Do you know what I can do if I want the icons to be smaller but still stay in their fence and not overlap?

What operating system? In Windows 7 holding the control key and turning the scroll wheel on the mouse forward or backwards sizes the icons from tiny to giant size.

Sorry...Windows Vista. Also, how do you alphabetize in the fence?

Same applies to Vista and 7. Sorting is a feature in Fences Pro.
