Is LogonStudio working still with XP?

Ok...

I'm trying to simply install one of the downloaded XP Logon Themes that have adjusted logon boxes/input fields.

When I load any of them up I get the new background, but I an still stuck with the default inputs and windows logo.

Am I doing something wrong?
Did the software change at some point to stop allowing this?
Can I purchase a different StarDock product to make this happen?

I have searched the forums and google and I don't see any other comments related to this.
I realize that XP is out dated, but it's on a Netbook... and it's what I have.
