Bought Mass Effect 2 - did not get serial number

Is the game appearing in your Impulse My Games list?

Yes - it is downloading. I am trying to register the pre-order bonus items at the bioware page and I need the serial number to do it.

You're all set.  Refresh Impulse and it should show in your registrations list.

You're good to go.  You can grab your serial number in Impulse by right-clicking on Mass Effect 2 under the My Games tab.

I am having the same problem - I received the serial code for the collector's edition bonus items, but not for the actual digital deluxe edition game itself. It is not in my spam folder, nor does a code show up when I right click Mass Effect 2 under games (though it is still downloading).

Any help would be appreciated

(apologies if this is a known problem and just goes away when the game is finished downloading)

Ditto... downloaded, installed - no serial. Impulse, email request, and online account all show up as none needed for the game - which is just a tad on the false side lol. And obviously nothing received via email.

Where does one find the Cerebus activation code? Was this supposed to be mailed also? The game serial does not work in its place, nor does it appear in my order e-mail which just says:

It should have been emailed to you with your original receipt.  If not, go to https://www.stardock.com/support/ and use the form at the top to have all of your serials re-emailed to you.

Arg - I'm having another problem. I archived and then uninstalled planning to move the game to my faster hard drive to cut down on loading times.

 

I ended up removing Mass Effect 2 from my registrations (which i prob shouldnt have done) but when I try to add the game to my registrations again it will not accept the serial. It says "The serial number you have entered is not recognized by Impulse. Only serial numbers provided by Stardock will be accepted."

Actually... Now I don't even have Mass Effect 2 showing up at all in the email or account listings. Just the "collectors edition bonus items" and "cerebus network activation". Right Cliick -> View Registration in impulse for the game still returns a [NO SERIAL NUMBER REQUIRED]. I have my doubts the game would even show up under "My Games" if I didn't have it installed already since it isn't listed in the email or my account info.

 

*Edit* And going to the registrations section in impulse itself reveals that the game has no email associated with it, no serial (obviously), and expiration as invalid. Not sure how that looked before though as I never checked that place until now.

*Edit It appears support has jumped in to fix the problem a second time as it now shows up with a serial. That or there's something really glitchy going on.

my problem has also been resolved.

i have bought mass effect 2 digital deluxe edition and i dont have eny dlc's or the cerberus network code. i have downloaded it, instaled it and played it. it work just fine... but i want my serial number for the bonuses, witch i want
