I will be teaching two classes of "Noob School" this evening to pay off a bet I made with the notorious pre-mader Unwuffablehedgie.

If you are a beginner and would like to learn some basic strategies please join up.   If you have 100+ games and a 61% win percentage, this game is not for you so please don't join cause I will just kick you out.

The format will be myself and 2 AI against 3 beginners.  I've so far been winning these games but conceding so you guys will at least get your win pecentage up even if you don't listen to my wisdom.

Split:  Are you being sarcastic or have you never played vs 3 people who are all new to the game?  Actually, i was kinda surprised how easy it is to win even with me constantly talking.  Sometimes I'm even coaching while theyr'e attacking me: "Good good, now you want to hit me with the Pentinence when i try and teleport away... well done!"

Hey thanks Macc, but one of the reasons I'm paying off my bet now is I'm stuck in a place with crappy internet for a few days.  When I try and play a game with 6 people it sometimes lags and even if it doesn't, sometimes I get randomly DC'd.  This way theres less people so I don't get lag spikes and if I DC I only have the AI bots to get pissed off at me.

It would be a fun game though... 2 noobs on each side and we see who can yell at- I mean coach them the best.

Its funny that Unwuffablehedgie works, but Unbuggeredhedgie doesn't make much sense.

Tonights noob school was a success if I do say so myself.  Taught a Oak that using shield to avoid damage from first level Ring of Fire isn't a great idea, and showed a UB how to love Spit, Foul Grasp, and stacking armor. 

I feel like I'm really reaching these kids.

This is a very commendable effort! 

I am not quite sure what type of bet begot this new player "school" but we should have more of them. The player-base is already so much smaller than it was even 4-months-ago..."sigh"... perhaps those new-players you are helping today will be some of the heavy hitters when Demi2 is rolled out... sometime in 2020...
