Thank you -- it took me about 7 tries before it would start downloading....I think this will be a pretty popular download.
That's a good one. I have Easus which is also free...slightly better...more intuitive/options and ease of use.

That link said for Windows 7, 32-bit -- I have 64 bit.
Sorry, Karen... what can I say? It'll take the computing world a bit (nyuk) or 64 to catch up...
"Give away of the day" has been doing "the best of 2009" and some of these are really great software.
Yesterday they were giving a great video converter away.
Yep, it seems like the world and his wife are downloading this freebie. It took me about 20 tries to get get the link working and then it downloaded at about 20kbs per second. Took a while but eventually got it. Good luck everyone only 10 hours left
I got Paragon Partition Manager and Paragon Copy for free on a PC magazine disc... both are quite useful tools, though I've since replaced them with Acronis True Image 2009, which these days (along with Windows Disc Manager) takes care of all my disc management and backup needs.
For those who cannot afford Acronis, there are free backup and disc management tools from Easeus... here and here
As noted by Karen, Easeus's Partition Manager is 32 bit only, but their Todo Backup and Disc Copy operates on both 32 and 64 bit systems... and both are freeware.
My sister uses Easeus Todo Backup with an external drive and has been quite happy with it, having saved her from lost data and needing to reinstall everything after a system crash, ect. Much like Acronis True Copy Easeus Todo Backup will create a copy of your entire system (installed programs/files included) and completely restore it in the event of a crash/need for a system rewrite.
There is an offer for 64 bit at the very top of the Givaway page with a different download location. I got it and installed on 64 bit, that is Paragon of course.
I got it yesterday. Looks useful ![]()
thanks for the link.
