The Halo mod for SoaSE

 

THE YEAR IS 2543, nine years before the end of the Human-Covenant war. Humanity and the Covenant are in the thick of their conflict. The UNSC is constantly being pushed back deeper into their own territory.

For now, the flood sleeps, the sentinels continue their age old work, and the genocide continues.

Will you defend the remaining UNSC colonies to the death or guide the Covenant to certain victory?

That's the current Covenant Construction frigate. Might change in the future though.

Anyway, why release the first version for entrenchment? wouldn't it make more sense to do it for trinity or the original game because more people are likely to have them?

Well, people with trinity have Entrenchment... Trinity mean the original game and the two expension pack...

About Diplomacy, for the time being, it is not really a good choice for mod... mainly due to Diplomacy using a lot of ram and hiting the 2gb limit very fast... this will maybe be resolved with the "in progress" patch for diplomacy...

By the way, i think that in the Halo universe, it is more about "seek and destroy" that about long diplomatic negociations !!!
