Camera Crazy

I haven't played Demigod in a while - probably about 2 months. Today, I downloaded the patch via Impulse and proceeded into the game. When the battle starts. camera keeps spinning round and round and round and round and the only way I can make it stop is by holding the "E" key - which is not a comfortable way to play the game. I checked my keyboard to see if the "Q" key is stuck but it isn't. I tried defaulting all my control settings and the problem persists. Help! Thanks in advance.

Well, I unplugged my X-Box 360 controller from my PC and everything is fine now. The controller has always been connected to the PC so I it's surprising that it was causing a severe effect on the game.
