A few little bugs

Hi I wanted to drop a note with some bugs I found while enjoying my fav game :)

 

1 diplomacy AI not offering pacts, I figure if its locked teams they should do it as soon as they hit the 120 140 160 180 190 because it benefits both players.

 

I was playing a galaxy forge map harpo uploaded it was solar domination 16 stars 115 or 117 planets, anyways the problem was the ships where getting stuck until I micro managed them eventually the game crashed.  I cant think of any other issues atm, thanks for hearing what i had to say!  :)

Yeah hopefully they can script the AI a little better to make use of the diplomacy additions :p
