I've tried it on Mac to convert OSX icons to my WinXP computer and its real nice. A little steep in price though.

Yeah, the price is kinda unjustified. For $10 less you can get MicroAngelo 5.5, which does a lot more. You can even design your icons in Photoshop, save them as 24 bits PNGs and import them in MA to make great looking XP icons.
