i get a box that pops up saying hardware based instacing required. whats dose this mean it says make sure you have video driver updated but i do have most uptodate drivers??
Generally this means your video card does not meet the game's minimum requirements, though there is an off chance that it does and you just have very old drivers. What sort of video card do you have?
ati all in wonder radeon 8500dv or somthing like that im using AGP if this dose not work with game any kind of recommendations for a new agp compatible video card
That video card does not meet the game's minimum requirements. The game needs a Radeon x1600, Geforce 6800, or better. Such cards are rare in AGP, and if that's what you're still using, I'd strongly advise looking into a new machine rather than attempting to upgrade the one you have. It's likely just not worthwhile, as the other parts will be quite dated as well.
If a different or new machine is not an option for you and you purchased via Impulse, you can contact [email protected] about a refund since you were mistaken about the system requirements.
