Question of "what to buy/purchase..??

Just a simple question...

I both see and have downloaded MANY (apprx 25) of the

screensavers here at wincustomize...

I am both pleased with the work, and amazed at the

creativity of the makers/members..

My question is as follows..

What software should I purchase/buy to be

able to make/design my OWN (and possible for shareing here)..??

I would like to purchase/buy so I can make/develop/design in

the same way, format, and results as most of those that

are and have been submitted..
