where to Post CTDs ?

Hello, ive a CTD with savefile and crashdump.

were is the right place to post it ?

Any Email address for diplomacybugs ?

i can reproduce the CTD everytime. I can load from older or newer savegames. The game will crash everytime on the same tim. i can do nothing oder can try anything.. it will crash evereytime
