Game Bugs

Something I noticed when playing Diplomacy was that an allied ship entered my gravity well and I got the message that I was under attack even though they did not attack me and my ships did not attack back.

Also, I have noticed that my Trancendia starbase will use its Mass Disorientation ability continuously even when there are no enemy ships around.  I noticed this recently in Entrenchment also recently so I believe it is a core game issue.  Ability should only activate when enemy ships are in range of starbase.  That is how it used to be.
