He 'stopped' in the region of the game and is the shop interface for the membership loyalty programme(that's how it's spelled, the game is based in Britain) which gives you points for each consecutive month that you remain a member. I could pick a much higher title like 'Emperor' or even 'The Awesome'(one of the highest and most expensive titles) if I really wanted to, but I prefer a humble knighthood over a grandoise title of prestige and magnitude.
