[suggestion] Neutral Space

Not sure ifs been suggesting lets say you have to allies who are not friendly with each other, you give the option for them(or yourself depending) the ability to be able to fight on your territory or not. Im not sure if this is already done but I havent had the situation happen yet. And by whichever one you choose, you get a buff and a debuff.

Ex:

War: to have war allowed on your territory, whatever units get killed in your inventory you get a fraction of the units worth(say 5-10-25%-ish), but culture in your area is lowered.

Anti-war: To prohibit war in your territory, you get a boost in culture in your empire as a whole(The farther the smaller the boost), but you do not get the fraction of the units worth.

the problem with this is that it would defeat the point of the game which is to force the other side to die by controlling the map. if you could choose to have you planets  to be non attackable how could the other side win? unless im missing something:maybe:

hes saying... you have 3 players... player A player B and player C.

Player B is at peace with A and C, but A and C are at war witheachother.

hes saying... Player B can deside if players A and C can fight in his lands... where they would prolly and wieredly both be getting to use Player B's repair bays, player b's hoshikos and ceilos would prolly be trying to heal both sides... and any akkans would be giving range and hit bonuses to both sides...

Kinda funny if you think about it.

OH i see, well that makes more sense. hmmmmm, i think a better way is to force player b to pick a side for the conflict along with picking on he's land or not that would make it interesting.
