[Bugs]AI and Envoy Cruisers

Ok, the beta feedback section seems to have pulled a Houdini, so I assume bugs should go here

So there are a couple problems with the AI using envoy cruisers. Since it is still a beta, maybe these are things that haven't be programmed yet, but I thought they should be mentioned, just in case.

1. The AI builds way too many of them. I didn't count exactly, but it seems that they build at least 1 for every other player in the game, when something like 3-4 would work just fine.

2. They never leave the home planets of other AI players. They'll leave human homeworlds, but they just sit around AI ones.

3. They do wierd things when they are on your planets when you finish researching the one that allows structures to target envoy cruisers. They'll just jump back and forth between two planets if they both have defences. And then they die, because they just go to the same two planets until they get killed.

Thanks for the feedback. The AI is still pretty rough around the edges and probably will be until the later stages of the beta. Right now the goal is to get the AI to use the new features, getting them to use them intelligently is still to come. ;)

That's kind of what I thought. I just wanted to make sure they weren't accidents:P

Just like the current siege frigate behavior.

is there a prob in programming the AI to encircle the statics and attack the point blank spot where no statics can fire in?
