Skinz Browser - Revisited

I think that someone mentioned this before but I would like to revisit this idea. What about a Skinz Browser like skinz.org had that would allow people to look at the latest skinz and possibility the news/message board sections without having to actually come to wincustomize.com through a browser?

It would have to extravagant, just functional. This would cut down some on bandwidth (ie: not having to load all of the extra graphics) and would just be a neat extra. Kind of like the CM or WB Config interface. You could even just take the CM and strip out everything except the "news" section and have the icons on the left as the navigation for the skin sections and have it only available to registered members of WinCusto. That would give incentive for people to get an account as well as an easy access to come back regularly.

This is something we are very interested in doing. We were just talking about this. Just don't have any developer resources currently available to put onto such a project.

Our plan is to create sopmething called WinCustomize (a progrma) that would not just browse the sections here and handle the message areas and comments but let you apply the skins directly from the program.
