Questions regarding retail realease of expansions.

Reading article about SoSE on Wikipedia I come across sentence:

"Once both micro-expansions have been released, Stardock has stated that they will be releasing a final retail version with both micro-expansions included."

Can anyone confirm this information, will it be worldwide release? 

Are there also plans to release expansion pack alone, for people that already have original game and want to have physical copy of add-ones?

I don't recall if they ever confirmed that plans were scrubbed or not to release SoaSE with all its mini-expansions in one box.  I do believe though that there's no chance of the mini-expansions ever seeing a retail release by themselves.
