PM2004 - Game runs fine then my system reboots???

I play many different games such as Battlefield 1942, Worms A., Unreal 2003, and many mods of those games. None bring me the problems that I get with this game. I like the game but I have yet to finish a camipiagn without it freezeing up, or rebooting magically out of no where. I have updated to the newest version(1.02) because I thought that was the problem. It didnt work, as soon as I finished the first election and it did the red/blue state showing who won, it rebooted!!! Very annoying seeing I was wanting to save my game.
I have saved my dxdiag .txt file on my system. My specs are win2k pro, directx 9.0c(newest version), pentium 4 3.03Ghz, 512MB pc3200, 2 160GB 7200RPM hdds, nvidia fx5200(upgrading to 5700 ultra soon but definitly not req by this game), Asus P4S800 mobo, Antec 500watt ps.

More info I checked my event viewer and got this on my system rebooting, of which it only does with political machines software.

*The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x00000010, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xbfc78377). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini120404-01.dmp.

I have the file but I dont know what to do with it. Where do I need to email this info off to?? By the way please fix this bug I really do like this game and I wouldnt have bought it if it didnt have Ubisoft's name on it. (Spinter Cell and Prince of Persia are some of my favorite games from the PS2)

Sorry, I solved my own problem. Looked for errors concerning that and was told by a page on Microsoft that it is either a system overheatinng from overclocking or a driver problem. I have my p4 2.6 overclocked to 3.03 but thats not the problem (my cpu temp is 90F). I thought I had the newest drivers from nvidia... I guess not. I updated the driver for my nvidia FX5200 card and it worked fine.
