How can i download this?

Just installed the game (bought in germany).

Now I want to update it.

First I had to register on a page that is designed so badly that it hurts: Choose a name that isn't already given to someonme else and enter a 30 digit serial number EXACTLY (all upper case), you even have to type the "-". And not a word about the uppercase writing. If you make a mistake, enter all again... whoooha! Great!

 

Then after i mastered this painfull procedure (just look at my name, tried a few then it was enough, not even a hint what name you could choose) I come to this page where I can't find ANY FAT BUTTON which tells me in a friendly way to download something.

 

As you can see in the way that I write this post I am a litte bit frustrated.

Can someone plz point out to me how to update an Version 1.18 or so?

Get Impulse from impulsedriven.com. Your account here will work on Impulse, too.

Thank you both for the fast reply!

This helped me much. Right now I am downloading the update.

But i have to say that you need Impulse, which needs Internet Explorer 7, to get updates is a bit anoying to me.

The menue (at game start) where I can choose to download updates doesn't tell me a thing about this. it just fires up my Firefox an leads me to this site where I was completely lost.

I just use Firefox and haven't updated my XP on IE7 or a newer version.

Well, I had one program fault but no it semms to be running even with IE6.

Impulse does not force you to have IE7 installed. It will give you a warning that it is recommended for viewing the product pages in the explore tab, but it will still install.
