i cant add notes to players. i could do it one week ago, but now it doesnt work anymore.
i never could it since they introduced this feature. nice to see now more people complaining about that. maybe they asnwer at least to you. my mail and thread got ignored.
i dont know why this thing doesnt get fixed. it shouldt be like: "oh lets look in the log files for errors... ah, there it is! its in this function. ok, lets see... hmm.. dont know why this is happening. should be fine everything. so i'll copy the db and test it in a test database. [one day later] (debugging with test data) AAAHH!! how could i overlook THAT?!" -> fixed
i can just imagine that the code is really crappy and of course without error-logging. the db admin is either always too busy (yeah, yeah... the admins) or a big bad green ugly monster that everybody is afraid of and no one wants to talk to. of course no one is really responsible for the website since it has been coded once by some student or by some long gone employee in his free time for fun and everybody fears by touching it it could get broke.
i e-mailed them and they responded. then i gave them screenshots and currently they are trying to help.
Slowly but at least they are.
normal human metabolism hardly constitutes 'help' in this situation.

They FIXED it for me! WOW after 1 week exactly they fixed it! 
And keep in mind that they are busy these days with the new patch and all! So it is really just 5 work days , im not counting weekend.
I have never seen such great support! If it was EA i would still be waiting for an answer.
