Unclean beast bugs suck

Grasp breaks your target lock.  Its very frustrating to cast it, then watch as you do nothing afterwards because you are out of hand to hand range and you have no target selected for some asinine reason. 

Losing target locks is a common problem.  I can't count how any times I've been chasing someone and suddenly I lock onto a flying minion and start chasing them.  Very frustrating

 

And how about the clipping problems with corners.  Rook and Beast constantly get stuck going around corners, and its been that way for a LONG time. 

Oh and I love all the AI I get to play in Pantheon, what a waste of time.

Its sad how all these bugs, going unfixed for months, is making me hate this game.

1. these issues are getting fixed

2. UB has a minimal amount of bugs; and they also dont happen a lot(maybe one a game on average).

3. Its sad how this is not yet fixed after months. and that makes you hate that game...? Why is it that in demigod everyone is complaining like mad while in every other game I played things like this where things you learned to life with, and I dont talk about pathing issues, I'm talking about gamebreaking bugs. You know in my time, there was no such thing like a patch, what you bought was what you got and you learned to tolerate it. /grumpy old gamer.

I thought Foul Grasp counts as a new action which overrides the previous "attack this enemy" action. It therefore is expected that you need to re-issue the "attack this enemy" command after Grasp is over.

hurm... you may have a perfectly accurate point about losing a target lock after casting grasp, but if that is a problem, you are not using UB right.  Sounds like I'm being a jerk, but I'm not trying to be.  You can interrupt grasp (but keep them grasped) by using wand of speed or ooze or any favor item with an activate (i think).  That's actually how I typically use UB.  I will grasp, then cast ooze or wand of speed, then close distance, and attack. 

All of that said... that's just a viable option for you and how I play.  I agree that you should still keep on with your previous target if all you do is grasp.  Hopefully a fix if forthcoming.

pacov is right, i always break my grasp with ooze, this way you have 1 seconde more to kick his stunned face.

Now i'm here : sometimes, when i try to follow a fresh flesh with my doggy UB, he starts a strange frenetic dance, moving very slowly. It's very annoying.

What's more, i can't change a grasp command (already clicked on the enemy) for a spit command simply : UB just follows the ennemy to grasp him. Annoying too.

My favorite is when your beast just stands there, tripping overhimself for no reason. Doesn't have to be at a corner, had it happen at the fort flag a few times on cataract.

how i hate to hear that for issues already known even in beta, while some of them has been introduced by patches after release.

about 1.: as everything else what got fixed with all the other patches that we got so far :P

about 2.: joke?! have you ever played ub?! or do you have got an attention deficit?!

you have the right to be so ingorant thinking that the people are hating only demigod so much for the bugs that other games had the same or you could start imaging that the reason is, that demigod is somewhat special here.

for me at least there were only 3 games that were so buggy and had must-have featueres missing that i wanted to quit:

1. Age of Conan

2. Warhammer online

3. demigod.

 

the first 2 quit before the first month. demigod i continued playing because i too much love the gameplay. but it is everyday a fight with myself.

"1. these issues are getting fixed" How in the wolrd would u know that? Again: are stardock/gpg employe or you know something that we dont? Pleease share it with us.

I can live in bugs in singleplayer game where there is no rating or competive play. But this is multiplayer based game bugs like those make it so hard to enjoy.

I really have feeling that betatesting of these game was made max out 8-10 people over lan who arent really good players. Ammount of bugs that were released in first version. The most obnius and so easilly spottable is fire tb attoatack. I am so suprised that such a obvius bugs needs 6 months to be addressed and failed to be fixed (i know about sorians mod, but that is his private work and have nothing to do with game update). This is getting embaressing

DA has target lock issues aswell, so this isn't UB only.
