"DALaunch.exe stopped working"

Hello,

My Game crashes before it even starts, I have all the proper hardware to run the game, the regular game works fine. The expandion pack will not even load up. 

Here is the Debug file

 

Install switch found

DarkAvatar

Install directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\DarkAvatar\

DLL path: C:\PROGRA~2\Stardock\TOTALG~1\GalCiv2\DARKAV~1\GDFDarkAvatar.dll

Game exe path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\DarkAvatar\GC2DarkAvatar.exe

Error adding Dark Avatar to Game Explorer.

The launcher might have issues for a variety of reasons (usuallt certain AV apps). The simplest solution is to change your shortcut to point directly at GalCiv2.exe, GC2DarkAvatar.exe, etc in the game's folder.
