Last person to post wins, unless they are a moderator or admin.

Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

Same for us today. We got a cooling trend. :)

It's really hot up here...

So strange

it feels like Arizona...

Arizona is going through a cooling trend this week. Monsoons are coming. Hopefully no more 110+ temps for the rest of the year.

Yay right.

It's like 113 degrees...

Which is a temperature that we NEVER get...

That heat wave can be nasty if you are not used to it. And being with out electricity in some areas for A/C sucks as well. Drink plenty of fluids (Water/Sports Drinks are best) and I do me drink. Advice from a Desert Rat.

I hear of power outages but have never had to go through one. Whew.  I have asthma and that humidex just sucks the air out of everywhere!!

So this heat is casual to you then Ryat?  OMG  And just wondering, do you also have humidex in the desert?

Yes, it is. In June fortunately our humidity is low so it sort of helps during that time. You can breath but its like having a match in your lungs. July and August is the months we truly dread. The temps sometimes drop a few degrees, between 105 to 110 instead of 110+, but the humidity does increase a lot. Have had temps above 110 with 50% humidity. And yes we do have something similar to a Humidex. It has been averaging about 108 in the 110+ for June.

Amazing. 110+   {wrong icon}   It does seem to get hotter every year though.  Or it's just me. LOL

TBH it seems to be getting cooler for us. Two or three years ago 115 was not uncommon. Haven't hit that yet the past couple of years here.
