When I apply an icon package in IP, my desktop icons stay the same. Also none of the recycle bin icons are applied when I apply a package. What gives?
What version of IP and what OS?
I'm using IP version 5 beta on Vista Home Premium 64 bit and everything works okay.
IconPackager doesn't change the desktop icons. To do that, click on an icon, then click on "Properties", then click on "Change Icon", and then browse to the icon you want to choose, click on the icon, then click "OK", click on "Apply", then click "OK".
Since when?, I would most certainly hope it does.
Thanks for the replies. I found out that it works perfectly in my administrator account but for some reason is only half-working in my user account. So for now I'm using the admin. account. Any reason y'all can think of why this would happen? I have Vista Business 32bit Intel Duo, and I have the newest version of IP.
I was thinking she was referring to the non-system icons.
i can't change desktop icon to...except recycle bin...please help! all icons are able to change recycle bin too...except...desktop icon...
tried changing a few times & now it's a mess...can't go back normal...please help!
