I love the theme I guess my problem is like some others, the gadgets won't apply. I"ve reapplied but that's all, I'm sorta scard to do anything else. 
Please help!!!

Thank-you so much for your kind response but I don't understand, okay let me try to explain what your saying to do. Copy the my colors music to another new folder than rename it to music.zip than copy the folder to where? I guess that's my question. Sorry, I'm not skilled as you.
You could check in Impulse for an update to the Theme. According to Impulse,I had two updates since installing it. If the update doesn't work or isn't showing,try uninstalling the theme,reboot then reinstall it.
The music gagets are not being loaded.. the file folders are empty and the shortcuts are invalid.. I went back and tryed v7, v10, v12
It would appear the the gagets where not packeged with the installer
Did as you suggested copied the "music.mycolors" from my users\public\public documents\stardock\thememanager folder to my desktop
renamed the file to music.zip and extracted the file, inside the new extracted folder is a gadgets folder with the two missing gadgets inside..
copied the contents of those files to the two empty folder created by my colors..
It all works just fine now.. Thank you Dave for the tip..
Surely an installer problem, that was not corrected in 3 updates..
Glad that worked for you.
I was hoping the updates would take care of it though, I fear a lot of MyColors users won't be able to do the manual extraction. Maybe the updated version will extract properly if it is a fresh install after a fresh boot, sometimes that makes all the difference in the world.

It now seems that the update yesterday finelly fixed the gaget issue with this theme
