Error: No Auto Move Directive

I had a scout auto exploring the map.  At some point I received a message box with the text: "Error: No Auto Move Directive."  I searched around the map and found my scout "stuck" inside AI player territory.  I was not at war with this faction.  I think what happened is the territory expanded around my scout and prevented any more auto moves.

I would guess that maybe what happened was that your scout was moving in that area when the border expanded, and got trapped in the area do to the "Go to war with faction" loop bug.
