[BUG][0.23] Sovereign becoming blind (SIGHT decreased at level up)

Ops! Faction Parriden (lavender one).
I just ran into the exact same issue, the my screenshot is a carbon copy of yours. default faction (ufff, parridon, I think?) I levevled up on turn 2 after taking on a level 10 troll (perhaps a bit close, eh?)

I was actually thinking about this and I think it might be neat if each soveriegn type had both a "positive" attirbute and a "negative" attribute. Every time you level up, the positive attribute goes up double for each "point" that you assign to it (assuming we get the customizable level up screen). At the same time, you get extra points for leveling for each point you assign to the "negative" attirbute, which correspondingly goes down. Maybe magic users get double magic and negative melee, maybe healers(prophets?) get negative sight distance, etc, etc.
I had assumed this was intentional as it consistently docks 0.3 every level up. Parriden is the only faction I've played, I've always been a tech hound.
Losing points ? On level up ? That would be a BDD : Bad Design Decision. Maybe upgrading stats would need 2 "level up points", then some stats would need 3 "level up points" and other only 1 "level up point".
But I really hope we can chooose whichever faction we want and create the sov we want. Why would I have to take a magic sov if I choose some factions ?
Maybe when you create the sov you can choose between several kind of sov that would decide the cost of adding points on level up.
Examples : On level up you get 0.1 points in every stats and 90 points to level up. The costs are for adding 0.1 point in a stat. Attack(10) means for adding 0.1 point in attack you spend 10 level-up points. (You can save some points between level ups, you could even use those level up points to get some perks)
Melee : health(6), strength(7), defense(6), speed(10), sight(9), essence(7)
Sorcerer : health(10), strength(9), defense(8), speed(6), sight(8), essence(4)
Barbarian : health(4), strength(4), defense(12), speed(8), sight(8), essence(9)
Summoner : health(10), strength(10), defense(9), speed(8), sight(5), essence(3)
etc.
I get the same bug with Perriden, at all levels (got to level 4, lost .3 sight each level (for a total of .9).
