well if you're looking for the name of the media player skin it is branded in the top left corner of the skin itself "DAS SKIN"

 

But assuming you're looking for the visual style, I won't guarantee it and don't have the time to find the exact page for it, but I'm pretty certain you will find it in lassekongo83's gallery here .
