[Crash] after installation and when running

I got this exception right after installation.

Thanks for this.  Sounds like a bad installation?  Did you install it to another drive?

i had the same error after installation but it doesnt crash on running. my os is win7.

We have been able to reproduce the first crash, and will have it fixed tomorrow.  Does the second one still happen for you?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still crashes when I try to run it.

Is there any other info I can give you?

This bug has been fixed and will be included in the next release.

So I grabbed the new version and that particular crash has gone away. Now I get:

An unhandled exception ('System.NullReferenceException') occurred in ReadyToPlayCore.exe [2964].
