Gloss Burgundy Desktop Clock sticks unless mouse-over.

The clock for the Gloss Burgundy Desktop does not work properly. The second hand will not move unless your mouse is over the clock. The time is frequently off - right now almost 4 hours.

I am running Vista Ultimate 64.

Any suggestions?
