I recieved and e-mail saying element was paid for and ready to install did not show in impulse followed step for manual registration and it said was successful but still no game to download any suggestions
If it showed that it registered okay, did you restart Impulse and see if it shows up?
Yes, registered OK and restartet several times, still not showing.
I'm having the exact same problem. Also tried uninstalling impulse entirely and installing the full install provided in the link. Elemental shows up in the games list at first while it downloads an update to impulse, and then it removes elemental from the game list when the update finishes.
My suggestion is click on the Impulse icon or whatever it is called now in the upper left hand corner and select Preferences and then select reset data. Let it do it's thing and then restart Impulse. Also I would click the (?) in the upper right hand corner and click on Register a product with Impulse and make sure the game shows up there.

The only other thing that it might be OComeon is an account problem. Are you using the same account to register that you used to purchase with?
Well... I think so.
I purchased the Retail Version and merely gave my Email-adress.
I later made an Impulse account with my Email adress.
This is my first try with Impulse (or any Download platform at all) , so maybe I am missing something.
Tried it with no success. It does show up in my list of registered products (along with Demigod). And it shows up in my email when I ask stardock to send me the list of registered products. But it doesn't show up in Impulse to download. Was hoping to have it download while I was out today.
Had Impulse send me my account information.
Account and purchase order match.
So I doubt that is the Problem.
Just had another thought, is this a beta release? If so, hit the Impulse Icon and make sure Show prereleased versions is checked.

Any time you're trying to get beta/pre-release versions of any software through Impulse that option will need to be checked.
