People will tend to alter an XP bootskin leaving the words, and adding their own created images or design.  That is something we look at on a case-to-case basis. 

I would rather see original creations than the usual ports that we already get a ton of here anyways.

PS - Follow the upload guidelines as you have been directed to numerous times and you shouldn't have any issues getting them accepted.  It is not up to moderators to review any number of 'what about this one?' you or anyone else asks.  We review what has been uploaded and make a determination then.

As I indicated, follow the rules (you have had this explained to you several times) and if you do then there shouldn't be any problem.
