BETA woes

Disclaimer: not a bug report, just letting off steam if crashes and the like are getting the better of you

So twice now I have played a game somewhat beyond the first stages, and both times it just hang

Had a couple of villages, a few units, major gold losses but overall things were going fine, until one village gained a level and I couldn't click the OK button in the message and nothing responded anymore, not even alt-tab. I ended up closing Elemental through the task manager. Grrr.

I have faith this will be fixed before long though
