[Bug] Visual problem when switching sovereign tabs

If you mouse over, say, the auto explore (or build town) button in the unit actions tab, then switch to another tab, such as stats or items, the auto explore label doesn't go away, but stays there, like in the image below.
When you move your mouse away from the area completely(like onto the map), however, it does go away.
