[CRASH] During Install

Impulse crashes during installation of elemental.

It successfully downloads v. 0.22[b] but then cannot install the game stating:

 "Problem with XML - Application file list not found(elemental)"

removing the partially installed file and retrying doesn't work.

 

I have Impulse version 3.22.434 running as non-administrator in Vista 64 Ultimate.
