[BUG] Scrolling

So the edge-scrolling seems somewhat bodged. Some things I observed:

  • The default speed of 20 is waay too slow, 200 is more like it, though still a bit slow
  • I have a dual-screen setup and when trying to scroll in the direction of the other screen my cursor goes over there without scrolling
  • Scrolling in the opposite direction of my other screen does nothing
  • Scrolling up is fine
  • Scrolling down only works in the area where the money and population is, not where the research bar is or the other one
  • Scrolling to the top left actually scrolls to the bottom left ;)

I guess that's it for now :P

More on scrolling....

Fired up game, picked a race and started out.  First thing I notice, scrolling left and up works fine....but I cannot scroll left or down.  Mudlle my way through a few turns, then start playing with resolution/screen mode...cant get anywhere, so I save game, exit, and reload.

 

Now, I can scroll up and right, but not down or left...

 

Finally found a "sweet spot" that allow scrolling down & left (not either-or) --- right around the gold/pop counters.
