[BUG][ISSUE] Two issues.

First one was installation- the Visual C++ for me did not load correctly, which led to an error message about direct runtime acceleration not working, was a warning message but game seemed to start up fine.

 

Second issue is minor but definitely not WAD.  trying to change victory conditions changes the name of the world.

Found out first issue via IRC is due to an incompatibilty with Microsoft Visual C++ and Windows 7 RC.  Does anyone know of any workaround to this?  It just gives a warning, so I can disregard, but that warning is annoying.
