Email just appeared and im downloading via impulse !!!!!
Hmmmm. I never received a preorder email, although they most certainly have the funds pending at my bank.
No dice here, even though I asked last week and was told it was in May 2009.

That's fair. Granted, it's mindnumbingly cruel and it makes me want t go after the peopole in front of me with a rusty machete, but at least it's fair..... 
I purchased mine mid-june with the 20% off Demigod coupon. Still waiting for email. No show on Impulse. Patience is a virtue. Blah-blah-blah.

Why oh why did I not bother to preorder until a few months ago? WHY???
I pre-ordered on 11/4/08 and still no email.
My first attempt to download got a "Compression error. Pre-compression error". Or maybe it was decompression. Anyway, I selected "Resume Download" and it appears to be continuing. Seems to be taking a long time on "Creating shortcuts".
OK, install is now complete. Question: Why did it install both Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributal and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributal?

Well five minutes later and I got my email with serial number. Now to rush home and download. And that makes 2 emails from them today, cause I pre-ordered Majesty 2 (to get Majesty 1) and it was released a day early. As far as processing orders, I imagine SD feels like this:

Im still waiting, no worries though since I only pre-ordered a few weeks? ago.
I ordered beginning of august so i gess that makes us the end of the que
PAX and pre-orders were in early September and there are a fair number of us in that queue behind you I imagine.
How would we know if it is an issue with the card? Would we get a notification the charge was declined?
I was getting stressed, but its nice to know it still may come! whoo-ey! 
26th August order here - no email - going to bed in an hour, so I guess I have to wait a while.

Lol, I had to check the 'show pre-releases' box under some menu. How silly of me.
Go under preferences and make sure 'show pre-release' is clicked.
I have nothing either, but tomorrow I will have to study anyway and I will have very, very little time to play in the next few months...
In impulse click on the button on the top left. It should bring up a panel with a checkbox saying show pre-release versions. Check the box and you will be able to download the beta.
