Intent to sue Stardock Corporation for 'emotional distress'

Dear Stardock Corp.,

     This letter is to inform you of one Mr. Snall Trippin's intent to sue said company for emotional distress in the release, or lack thereof, of your beta software entiteld "Elemental: War of Magic".  Mr. Snall Trippin cited 'lack of sleep', 'compulsive clicking disorder', as well as a number of related problems due to oversights in your companies beta software release plan.  These problems lead Mr. Trippin into a semi-catatonic state from which he has not stirred.

We would like to note that technically catatonia is not defined as 'sleep'.
