Graphics are all messed up - Geometry Instancing

I read the pinned post "Graphics gone wild" but it did not help me. I have windows 7 64 bit with a radeon 4870 video card. I can not find any program to turn on geometry Instancing. The problem occured randomly about two hours after playing a perfectly normal match.

I've been googling looking for a solution the past two days, any help would be appreciated.

Like I said, I read that forum post. But the software is not compatible with 64 bit windows.

I ran across this post when searching my name on Google. I feel terrible for never posting my solution, so here it goes! Two years late though :P. I used the program ATiTool to enable it. When I tried to use it (two years ago), I had to put windows in a diagnostic "test mode" in order to get it to run. I think that you would not have to do that now, but who knows!

Thanks Nokthra for making me feel guilty about this. I absolutely hate it when I run across someone with the same problem and it ends with "Fixed it myself". You're a fine internet fellow.
