LogonStudio NOT WORKING!

Ok i download it and when i apply the image nothing will happen it will just locked, and about the fast user switching how will i know if it is turned on or off,...i followed the step here http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/89939-fast-user-switching.html but then nothing interesting happened please im having a hard time on this....a helping hand will be appreciated im using vista starter

Vista starter is for the developing world so why are you using it with addons ? As it is meant to be for education and developing computer skills in adults with a minimum of unnecessary bells and whistles and eye-candy in the OS i   would think the OS will not allow a 3rd party addon to the basic logon features. Having used wind up computers with Vista Starter in Africa I remeber several parts we take for granted in Vista were missing, even Wordpad. Actually I do not remember any semblance of a Logon screen at all - it said Multi-User or similar as far as I remember. Also using a 64bit tutorial ? I doubt Vista starter is in 64bit - could have 2  32bit computers for the price of one needing a 64bit OS ie with 3 plus Gb RAM.
