Game specific options

Some options should be game specific (e.g. skill level, competitiveness). I would rate my skill at SoaSE quite lower than at SotS. Also I am quite more competitive at Demigod than at (again) SoaSE.

Then I'm not sure about the "How much do you enjoy having a good time?" question. Isn't the definition of "a good time" that you enjoy it (a lot)? Maybe there's some subtlety that I am not quite catching.

That is a very good idea. And as for the Having a good time question I'd love to meet the person who selects that she/he "hates a good time" and feels that their freetime is "worthless". ^_^

i don't want to have a good time, i want to WIN! and "free time" is a waste. if you're not gaming/working you're doin it wrong!

You can modify your settings before doing a game invite.  However noted.  Skills per game.

This is a key feature imo.  How I"d love to see it implemented is a "default" profile (ie, the one we have now) and per game settings.  As a follow on request I'd like for there to be a "set all games to my default" button to make restablishing everything to a baseline easier.  Bonus points if I can select multiple games at a time (via ctrl-click or whatever) but even "all games" would be useful
