Windows 7 Superbar

Ready to Play isn't quite Windows 7-friendly. It minimizes to the Notification Area, which is less than ideal for 7 users. It would be great if we could toggle it to keep it in the Superbar when minimized, and better yet, Jump Lists and icon overlays would be fantastic.

you actually can just set it in the notification area to remain present (so it doesn't hide it)    Its a windows 7 thing.

I believe you can also pin it to a superbar somehow, but don't quote me on that since I haven't actually played with pinning yet.

I'm aware of these things. They do not resolve my issue.

I am specifically asking that I can set the program to minimize to the Taskbar instead of the Notification Area, which is currently not possible. Windows 7 attempts to do away with Notification Area clutter, so I hope that Stardock makes RtP more configurable for a great Windows 7 experience. Jump List support would also be wonderful.

You can set things to always appear in the notification area if they are minimized to that place.  You can do it program by program.  For example my pidgin is always visible.

Click the up arrow and click customize. on the bar next to readytoplay choose show icon and notifications.

Oh now that I look at it that's exactly what landi was saying, nevermind

Yes, we are going to make it an option to show on the task bar.
