That's the simplistic answer you would expect from liberals. First fewer (non taxpayers) are crossing the borders of Canada, Australia and New Zealand and being treated on the public dime. Second, who has the older population paying less taxes now in their old age. Oh that's right, they will be the first to receive rationed health care so they can be dispatched sooner without taking up those resources. "Hope" it "Changes" before you need it, right.
Back to topic. This Democrat congress doesn't want you to know how it will be paid for. They killed two amendments that would have made the bill public prior to signing.
