no mod folder???

hi all, i recently had to re format my computer, after doing so i am reinstalling dark avatar, and want to start using kryos hull mod again, i know you extract the files to darkavatar/mods, as before the reformating that was where the file was located, now after the reformat, i try and exttract it there again to find their is no longer a mods folder for dark avatar??

any help would be great.
