Requirements for the game

I know the requirements aren't sure yet, but, more or less, could i run the game with 1GB RAM and 128 MB graphic card in WIN XP?

Almost certainly. They are scaling the graphics so that it can run even on notebooks. However you wouldn't be able to play anywhere near max settings.
