FAT BOLD Font in Deskscapes-Propertydialog XP

Can`t change dynamic Wallpapersettings no more.

Hi again... Girl`s in BIG Trouble again!  =o(

In XP the Configuration of Deskscapes is a bit different than in VISTA, as you all know.

VISTAs Solution is really comfortable... XPs you have to use the Desktop-Properties-Dialog.Its OK,but...

Today i opened it, and got big Eyes when seeing THIS:

Much too fat Font!


The Font is much too FAT, so one can not reach the Dialog for dynamic Wallper-Setting!!!!

There is NO way to handle this...

Has (pleeeease!) anybody of the more eperienced Guys (`n sure...Women too) a Solution or Idea,

how to fix, and...why is this SO?

I used Font-Doctor to check the XP-Systemfont-Folder... it ended up with "No Problems found!"

Then i used the Commandline:

expand -r CDdrive:\i386\*.tt_ C:\Windows\Fonts
expand -r CDdrive:\i386\*.fo_ C:\Windows\Fonts

to make sure to have all Systemfonts... but; No Change of the Problem.

Now i am completly helpless.

Would be very fine if someone has an Idea.

What is your DPI set at?

That would suggest a missing font as the bold font is the OS system font.

Deskscapes 3 (the beta of which is downloadable from Impulse if you have an ObjectDesktop or Deskscapes license - tick show prereleases on the orb menu), replaces this UI with a new one and so should not suffer this problem.

Btw: I also own your "Desktop Collage". Its a daily Joy to have this fantastique Dream makeup my Desktop.

The Options are cool, and... Windows reacts in Milliseconds when applying a Dream! Really TURBO! =o)
